MADRID (AFP) - A Spanish court on Wednesday (April 24) acquitted former Barcelona club president Sandro Rosell, who spent nearly two years in pre-trial custody, of allowance laundering.Rosell, his wife and four others, were accused of "large-scale allowance laundering" of near to 20 million (S$30.5 million) previously 2006, relating to television rights and encouragement deals in Brazil.The National Court, which handles major criminal cases, said it had acquitted every six accused because "after evaluating the evidence presented during the trial, the accusations were not proven".
