A Port Vale supporters chief has SLAMMED a section of idiotic Stoke City fans who caused mayhem and carnage during their chaotic derby clash at Vale Park.The local rivals met in the Checkatrade Trophy on Tuesday night, with Stoke fielding their Under-21s side, for the first time in 16 years.
